Ingredients: Pasta: Durum WHEAT flour, pasteurised EGG, WHEAT flour.
Filling: Ricotta 29%  (whey from sheep MILK, salt), Pecorino Romano DOP 12% (sheep MILK, salt), mozzarella (MILK, salt), breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour, yeast (WHEAT), salt), potato starch, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), pepper 0.2%, salt, nutmeg.
May contain traces of CRUSTACEANS, NUTS, MOLLUSCS, FISH, CELERY, MUSTARD and SOY.
Allergens, including cereals containing gluten, are shown in CAPITALS.

How to enjoy: Serve coated in melted butter with ground pepper or basil. Sprinkle with grated Parmigiano cheese!
