Return policy
You have the right to cancel your order within two days from the day receiving the goods. This does not apply to perishable food or items that have been opened. If you wish to cancel and return your purchase, either telephone us with the order number quoted on the delivery note or email us at orders@delicario.com. We will give you instructions about where to return the goods, which must be done without delay and in any case within seven days of notifying us. When the goods have been received and checked, a refund for the goods and the standard delivery charge only will be issued as soon as possible. We will not refund any delivery charges that you may have paid above our standard charge. We may have to contact you for repayment details. Please note that the cost of returning the goods is your responsibility. Your statutory rights regarding damaged, defective or incorrect goods are not affected by this.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
We will offer a replacement or a refund, at no charge to you, for any products that you receive that have been damaged, defective, not as ordered or not fit for purpose, provided that you notify us within two days of receipt. We may request photos of the products to enable us to check with our courier. Upon return of the product to us, we will forward a full refund.
